Workspace admins and team leads who manage access to AI Decisioning.
AI Decisioning uses a dedicated role-based permission system to control what each team member can view and modify. Permissions determine access to agents, messages, collections, goals, configuration, and more.
AI Decisioning has three roles: Viewer, Content Editor, and Admin. Each role includes all permissions of less-privileged roles. A Content Editor can do everything a Viewer can, and an Admin can do everything a Content Editor can.
Workspace admins automatically have full AI Decisioning access regardless of their assigned AID role.
